Delivery Terms & Conditions:

• FREE Click & Collect from store, once your order is received and prepared we will confirm collection.
• Delivery cost is £6.50 for any other UK mainland addresses, on products regardless of size and weight of the package. This cost covers the packing materials and use of a recycled box, as well as a guaranteed, fully trackable courier service.
• We will always aim to deliver within 2 working days, however we can not arrange for specific date or timed deliveries, as the courier only provide a delivery window.
• Alternative delivery instructions, e.g. “please leave with next door neighbour” or “leave in recycle bin” are not accepted by our courier. If you are not at the property, delivery will be reattempted the following working day.
• Any orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed and posted the following Monday.
• Please note we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason other than that the goods received are faulty.
