Delivery Terms & Conditions:

• FREE Click & Collect from store, once your order is received and prepared we will confirm collection.
• Delivery cost is £6.50 to any UK mainland address. This is one standard cost for products regardless of size and weight of the package. This cost covers the packing materials and use of a recycled box, as well as 24hour, tracked & signed for service via the Royal Mail.
• We will always aim to deliver within 2 working days, Royal Mail require contact details to keep you informed of your delivery. We will always enter email address and phone number unless otherwise stated.
• To add alternative delivery instructions, e.g. “please leave with next door neighbour” or “leave in recycle bin” to your delivery, please ensure your instructions are clear and we have been informed at time of order. Royal Mail contact you with updates for your delivery.
• Any orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed and posted the following Tuesday.
• Please note we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason other than that the goods received are faulty.
